Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Crystal Clear Skincare Consulting for your skincare needs. Please review our cancellation policy before booking your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Guidelines:
A valid credit card must be on file to schedule any appointments.
Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the system will no longer allow cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment (no-call, no-show) within this 24-hour window, 50% of the booked service(s) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable as a courtesy for the time and preparation reserved for you.
